Ephesians 4:26-27 - '"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 and do not give the devil a foothold. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Ensure that next time can be better than last time. This is an extremely important question that we frequently ask but rarely pause long enough to actually answer. We ask, "What was I thinking?" because looking back, our behaviors and decisions don't even make sense to us. But once that question goes through our minds, we don't stop to answer it. What was I thinking? Truth is, we don't usually know what we were thinking.
Romans 12:1–2 - "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship."
